What is Auto Insurance?

Auto insurance offers financial protection for physical damage and bodily injury caused by traffic collisions, along with potential liability. It can also provide coverage for vehicle theft and non-collision related damages. By securing auto insurance, individuals safeguard themselves from various risks associated with owning and operating a vehicle, ensuring they are financially protected in case of accidents or losses.

Property damage liability – This option covers property damage caused by the policyholder.

Collision – This option covers collision damage to the policyholder’s car.

Comprehensive – This option covers damage to the policyholder’s unrelated to a collision with another car (including damage from fire, explosions, earthquakes, floods, and riots), and theft.

Uninsured motorist coverage – This option covers costs resulting from accidents involving a hit-and-run driver or an uninsured driver.
